The mountain of confidence is designed to help young people aged 7 to 11 think about the different components of self-esteem, i.e. the feeling of security, self-knowledge, the feeling of belonging. and the feeling of competence. They are called upon to answer questions that concern them by drawing a parallel with the experience of the Yeti.
